Opposition MPs have unblocked the Parliament's speaker, some of them broken into their seats as others have launched the hall.
That happened after the PDK's request was met for the departure of Deputy Prime Minister Besnik Bislim from the Assembly Hall.
Deputy Prime Minister Bislimi, who was involved in the morning physical clash, has launched the Assembly Hall. Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca is continuing with holding the session, respectively, with the vote of amendments proposed by Bekim Haxhiu and Flore Zjenullahu of the PDK respectively.
