The one in Pressing, T7, said that no one mentioned Association during 2016-2020.
Nikaj was asked by activist Zana Avdiu why the PDK has not implemented Association.
” The PDK has been taking power since Isa Mustafa had no position that had the responsibility of implementing Association. There was a time period where the animation was not the subject. 2016-2020 no one talked about Association, nor the European Union”, he said.
The association was signed in the 2013 and 2015 agreement, but has not been implemented since some of the provisions contradicted the Kosovo Constitution.
