Following MINT's decision to shut down Klan Kosova television, the former leader of the Democratic League of Kosovo, Isa Mustafa, has also reacted. According to him, it is an unfair act against Kosovo, while it is harmful to the state and that the country is slipping into dictatorship.
The Government's “Decision for TV, Kosovo, is unfair, whereas for Kosovo harmful and alarming that the country is slipping into dictatorship”, he told Blic newspaper.
Except Mustafa says if there have been legal concessions as the Government is claiming, then the measures should be taken against ministry bodies that have made such a census rather than television.
If there were legal and constitutional concessions to which the government was called, then the measures would have to be taken to the ministry's organs that have taken the recording rather than the television, which was registered because it did not record itself but applied for registration in the ministry and the ministry accepted the documentation as currency. Therefore, this is absurd of its kind”, he said.
Former Prime Minister Mustafa has also spoken about wiretaps published on state reserves, allegedly evaporating over 300 thousand euros. Mustafa said this issue would have to be the subject of legal treatment.
And if not, who is responsible. Vote and popularity do not protect anyone from breaking the law”, Mustafa said.
