Mustafa Continues Special Witnessing

Unlike yesterday, witness Rrustem Mustafa- Remi, former commander of the Kosovo Liberation Army in the Llap Operative Zone, in judging Hashim Thaci and others, has begun testifying with questions by lawyer Ben Emerson.

Also yesterday, Mustafa has been asked about the Cacavnik Constitution adopted on September 7th 1990. Mustafa said that constitution was adopted by Kosovo Parliament deputies at the time.

And Mustafen, is also beginning to question the court as the parties have finished their questions and counter-questions.

At first, questions were asked by Judge Christoph Barthe and then by Judge Gwenawl Mettraux, where his questions are expected to continue today.
