Murder of 2019 in the year: Condemnants ' families publish full video of the event

A few weeks ago, the Court of Appeals decided that Samet and Ismaili, as well as their cousin Besmir Ishmael, each of the 21 years in prison for the murder of M.I. in Sadovine of the Year in 2019.

Pristina, July 03, 2023 Through this public reaction, the lawyers of the two accused for a deliberate murder in Sudovina, Gjilan, report the general public about the scandalous process and judgment, which to convict two innocent citizens of a crime they are not guilty of, condemning each to jail for 21 years without hitting the victim.

According to the evidence and administered evidence, but which is not obvious to the court, it turns out that Samet and Noble Ismajli haven't touched the victim by hand, let them hit him and cause him to die by blows, but despite that, the Gjilan Court has sentenced each of them to 21 years in prison, while the Court of Appeals has reduced their sentences to 18 years in prison each.

In this public reaction, which broadcasts a face of suspicious justice, evidence and evidence will be revealed through which the public will understand how witnesses with interest in the matter have adapted statements and added the facts after the initial statement in the police. All the fulfilled statements have meant that these two Samet and noble Ishmael will be sentenced to higher sentences even though they have not touched the victim at all.

In this case, which has ended with a victim, among the parties in the criminal procedure there is a rich interest, where Samet and noble Ishmael's family had purchased a property that the victim's family had on the critical day prevented them from working.

As seen in the video, our courts have not been interested in carefully examining the evidence in question, video recording, none, Last Day, nor the Gent have touched the victim by hand, and let alone cause death wounds with powerful instruments.

According to the video as evidence in the trial, it is seen that the Last Day will capture a member of the victim's family and try to get rid of him and neutralize him, catching the same one to not be beaten. So is the Gent. These actions are clearly seen in the video recording.

Clearly, the victim of another's impact is unfortunately brought to the ground and seen before, and after this moment, neither Last Day nor noble nor approached the victim nor let it hit me. Same and noble don't have a strong hand. While our courts have found him guilty second, they allegedly hit the victim by strong means.

The criminal case has proved by expertise that the victim has honored lives from one stroke, until the Last Day and the Gent are both punished for the alleged murder of each of them, but on fair grounds, the two men and Besmir Ismajli (in video with red shirt). Besmir is the only one who admits that he has been hit by the only victim. The court, even though one blow is fatal, condemns all three, Besmir, the Hour, and the Genus.

Through this public reaction, we ask the media to investigate and publish these evidence and evidence, which confirms how justice works in certain cases in Kosovo, where innocent people receive drastic penalties, without any guilt, and that, fortunately, their innocence, is testified through video recordings.
