Murati: Solving problems between Kosovo and Serbia starts in Presevo and ends in Leposavic

He has said there can be no normalisation without solving problems between the two states.

”Normising relations between Kosovo and Serbia without solving problems is a farce in itself. Consequently, all sides are allowed to sabotage a “abnormalisation” after solving problems. The solution to the remaining problems between Kosovo and Serbia, among Albanians and Serbs respectively, begins in Presevo and ends in Leposavic. Only by seriously and politically addressing the two fundamental issues of these relations -- the position of Albanians in eastern Kosovo and Serbs in three northern municipalities -- and their reciprocity solution can be talked about normalising relations“, Murati has said.
