Otherwise, Kosovo Police, at the request of Pristina's Special Pristina Constitutional Court Attorney and Order, have conducted bookies in two locations, the property of Mujka and Muzliukaj.

According to the prosecution, there is reasonable doubt that Mujka and Muzliukaj, in the quality of official persons, deliberately exploited official duty or authority in order to benefit illegal property for themselves or others, have exceeded their official competencies and have not respected their duties and responsibilities in order to exercise their office under the law.
The Republic of Kosovo's Special Prosecutor for this case announces public opinion that in May 2022, it has accepted information about allegations of abuse of office and official authority by two persons, at that time part of the governing structures in the South Mitrovica municipality.
