He said 300 first shift workers have held a strike Wednesday.
“Greva has started with the workers themselves, but the union also supports their demands as legitimate and undeniable requirements. Now we're on the second shift. The 50 - percent wage has now been reached based on information. We are waiting for workers to decide what decision they will make”, Jonuzi said.
According to him, in addition to not realising the salary, workers have other disappointments to hold a strike.
After communication with workers, they have had other reasons, such as lack of basic conditions, health insurance, large debt to workers in the Pension Trust”, Januzi said.
According to Januzi, the nation's management has justified non-excusing salaries with the lack of financial means. Also, according to Januzi, the management is complaining there is not enough production, but the union, according to him, estimates it has mismanagement of the nation and lack of investment.
Workers' salaries in “Three” are brought from 600 to 800 euros, depending on professional experience and preparation. But none of the workers have health or vital health insurance.
