Miftarian: No Constitution defines procedures for registering a business

Miftaraj has said that no Constitution determines the procedures for how a business is recorded.

According to him, if Klan Kosova has violated the licensing procedures, responsibility should be sought within the ARBK.

He added that the state administration is responsible for how a business is registered.
