Merro Base: Out of five Balkan states, Rama will not expect only one Albanian prime minister

Base says that Albin Kurti, a follower of the National Union, has become an assistant of national non-co-operation. He says Kurti's all hatred with Albania is only because they haven't voted it out, but they have disgraced him by giving him 300 votes by 2021, when with the delirium of national leaders came to conquer Albania.

Regarding the “Open Balkans”, Base says it is a completely Western process and its principles are reflected in the Berlin Process. His failure to continue from Albania concerns the fact that one of the main actors of that process, Alexander Vuciq, has violated those principles in northern Kosovo, where he and Albin Kurti are escalating the situation towards the war.

For this reason the Berlin Process is more imposing and authoritarian, but not unlike the “Open Balkans”.

In his comment on Albin Kurt's refusal to meet Eddie Rama Base said:

When Edi Rama invited him to meet for the Open Balkans, he said no, we can only meet under the Berlin Process, now inviting him to the Berlin Process, says no we can meet only at joint government meetings, which are actually the open Balkans mechanism, as the Rama government meeting has made and with Macedonia and Montenegro.

So just Albin Kurt can't stand Eddie Rama as the keeper of the Western message. He only accepts Eddie Rama as a soldier against the West. Of course he won't.

Edi Rama could then go to Kosovo, meet with President Osmani, Parliament Speaker or political parties. But it is not the end of the world that does not belong to Albin Kurti. Even so they shall not understand. They're all clear in their own business. One with the other against him.

It will go to five countries in the region. He'll meet four heads of Slavic state. The only prime minister who has a refrain to wait is Albin Kurti.

In relation to Albania, he has also made a radical evolution, proving his false image.

In the question of whether to expect Albin Kurti to end this policy, Base said:

The problem that Albin Kurti has is not uncertainty, but clarity to use conflict with the West to become popular as nationalist in Kosovo. He in the final will sign it all at a heavy price for Kosovo, but when he gets to the ballot box he wants to tell Albanians I am a victim of the US and the EU. That's all his madness. He is an egocentist, one of those ready to burn Kosovo for his” chair.

At the end, Base commented and about the open Balkan process. He said that the “progress of the Open Balkans are universal and are not simply a destination to reach. This is an ongoing process. The four principles of the Open Balkans, free movement, labour market, common economic market, and digitalisation are also the four basic principles of the Berlin Process.

The Open Balkans explored the possibilities that existed in the Balkans with each other to make the Berlin Process easier. From this exploration, it was established that two states were not ready -- Kosovo and Bosnia -- and understand the problems they have.

The only change of Balkans opened by the Berlin Process is that the Open Balkans do not force states to do all the same. Someone who wants to do it, someone doesn't. The Berlin Process is binding for all”.

But was Kosovo and its absence in it ending the open Balkans?

No, Kosovo did not end. Kosovo did not even get into that process. I think that the Open Balkans became useless when Serbia entered into conflict with Kosovo and could no longer continue, so that one of the Balkan members of the open Balkans would pray to respect the principles of the Open Balkans.

But the Open Balkans is a self-environment mechanism, which at any time can turn like a road that does not lead to war. The Berlin process includes it within itself, but with a European dictatorship. As the Balkans love it.

I think that when the Berlin Process is completed, if it is completed, we will find ourselves in the goal of the Open Balkans, we will be more communicative with each other, more cooperative and in a more unified market. Of course, if Vuciqi's Serbia and Kosovo and Albin don't send us back 20 years to war.

So we need Berlin to run this process from now on. It has more authority and more power to stop the new war in the Balkans and lead us to a more European government in Kosovo and Serbia”.
