After this criticism, the United States has taken steps. Kosovo has been excluded from the Defender Europe military operation, while there have been also warnings that there may be measures to Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti personally.
Despite this frustrated report with the US, the American Embassy in Pristina has invited Prime Minister Albin Kurti to attend the 4 July signing ceremony, the US Independence Day, currently held in Pristina.
However, Kurt has not been given the word in this organization at all, unlike President Vjosa Osmani, who has addressed the audience in a word of opportunity.
The US continues to insist that the EU's 3-point plan is the road ahead. So far there have been signals to accept Brussels' requirements from the Kosovo government.
