Mark and Bettel: Serbs want to say Kosovars are bad and vice versa, but it doesn't matter who is guilty

Netherlands Prime Minister Mark Rutte has said the EU should not point to whether Kosovo or Serbia is guilty of the situation.
“I'm not sure whether we should point our finger at the offender in Kosovo or Serbia because it doesn't help. In February, we had an agreement from France, Germany and the EC, all sides must fulfil the pledges. According to Serbia, not everything Kosovo has pledged has not been improvised, and according to Kosovo, what Serbia has pledged to implement, did not accept”, he said.
He has demanded that both sides work on finding a solution to the de-excendance of the situation.
We have had long talks in Belgrade and Pristina, and we are willing to help. I was very happy when in February we reached a basic agreement on how to move forward. Since then tensions have been mounting, and now we need to focus on the de-pass and EU guide. De-pass must be from both sides. I have seen in Belgrade even here that both sides wanted de-pass, all must stick to the EU-led process”, he said.
While Luxembourg Prime Minister Xavier Bettel has also said it is not the time to say who is guilty, but what matters is the future.
I fully agree with Mark, you want us to say Serbs are bad, while Serbs want to say Kosovars are bad”. /Periscopi/
