According to Maliqi, Rama in recent months was the only relevant regional politician who tried to constructively prevent the dangerous avalanche of deteriorating relations and war threats generating in northern Kosovo, and were clearly run by Pristina and Belgrade, contradictory policies were conducted on two tracks.
