Renowned Kosovo lawyer, Besnik Berisha, who has been in detention from Thursday, has already been released. The foundation court in Ferizaj has rejected the request for detention and has issued a ruling on an alternative move, the Signal newspaper reports.
To Berisha, the Court has ruled on the appointment of a “ban on approaching the country or the individuals appointed”, in length of a month.
His arrest was called illegal and arbitrary and even power orders because of Berisha's critical voice to the government.
As for other suspects, N.J., J.V., F.Z., A.S. and R.C. A month-long detention measure is scheduled.
