Ferizaj's Founding Prosecutor announced that six people's homes and escorting establishments have been searched and raided by a stock action. Four people have been arrested in this action, lawyer Besnik Berisha and N.J., I.S., and R.C.
The prosecution informs the suspects of criminal acts “The Office of Chiefs after conducting criminal acts” by Article 380 paragraph 1 of the Republic of Kosovo's Penal Code, “Peging of the test or official procedure “from Article 386 paragraph 1 under paragraph 1.5 of KPRK and “The exercise of influence <5> by Article 424 paragraph 1 of KPRK.
The prosecution informed us that the action was carried out on the basis of the ordinance issued by the Foundation Court in Ferizaj “for issuing the warrant for check and temporary selection of houses and supervisory establishments”.
The Express newspaper has attempted to receive answers from Ferizaj's Founding Prosecutor as well as from the prosecutor of the case if the other three detainees were detained, but until the publication of this news, they have not responded.
