Law on minimum wage will not be decreed by president until Constitutional decision

The chief of the Parliamentary Group of this, Besnik Tahiri, has submitted on Friday to the Constitution the requirement regarding the assessment of the Law's constitutionality for change and implementation of laws that determine the amount of engagement at the height of the minimum wage.
Telegrafi learns that this AAK request has been signed by the two former members of the Vetevendosje Movement Parliamentary Group, Hakki Abazi and Fatmir Humolli.
And from the presidency they have confirmed to Telegrafi that Osman will not sign the law until the court ruling.

The Law on the minimum wage, which was passed in the Assembly last week, was rejected except by the opposition, even by those benefiting from pension schemes for war veterans.
