Kosovo with its Western-oriented Security Force must become a member of NATO's Partnership for Peace as soon as possible, the prime minister stressed.

He informed Mr. Goffus for the time frame of events from November 5th of last year, when he resigned organised four mayors in municipalities in northern Kosovo, and said he is committed to de-pass and normalisation.

Law enforcement, the lack of violent protests and criminal activities, and early elections are the way forward towards de-pass, and for this the government is fully engaged. However, the European Union's negative measures towards Kosovo as the most democratic country in the Western Balkans, which has sanctioned Russian aggression in Ukraine and which is in line with EU foreign policy, have created asymmetry in dialogue, the prime minister stressed.

He also raised concern about KFOR's lack of clearness for the 14 June 2023 event, when three Kosovo Police officials were kidnapped, despite the abundant evidence offered by Kosovo institutions. He also raised concerns about reports that arms has been smuggled into Serbian Orthodox churches through ambulances.

The prime minister said the Kosovo government is committed to full co-operation and co-ordination with the NATO mission, KFOR, and that information sharing and good co-ordination should contribute both to the rule of law in northern Kosovo and to improving the security situation.

Deputy chief of staff of operations, General Mattew, attended this joint meeting J. Van Wgenen, chief of NATO's current operations, Mrs. Ariela Viehe, KFOR Commander Major General Angelo Michele Ristuccia, head of cabinet at KFOR Command, Giuseppe Sgueglia, Kosovo Police General Director Gazmend Hoxha, Kosovo Security Force Colonel Ejup Macedonia, Prime Minister's adviser, lives Zulfaj and Prime Minister's top executive assistant, Vale Gjonaj.
