Defence Minister Armend Mehaj has announced that the KSF has carried out the “application and maintenance of the Turkish Infantry Weapons” within the framework of co-operation with the Turkish Armed Forces.
Mehej has said that this military training has gained knowledge of the use and maintenance of some kind of light and heavy artillery weapons of various calibres as well as hand grenades.
“During the implementation of training participants in addition to theoretical preparations demonstrated the skills in using and firing weapons at certain locations with many types of weapons.
The dedication shown by KSF members and instructors from the Turkish contingent have led KSF members to reach high levels of professionalism and skills in the safe use of the infantry weapons”, Mehaj wrote.
