In addition to the members of this commission from all parties, KPM chairman Jeton Mehmeti, other members of this body, and representatives of the Kosovo Business Recording Agency (ARBK) are participating.
Mehmeti on the commission has answered the questions of MPs laid down at the meeting last July 4th.
The change of ownership of Klan Kosova and ArtMotion is also being discussed at this meeting.
In the MP's question whether Klan Kosova has any obligation to the KPM, Mehmeti has responded that television has fulfilled all obligations and that there is no unpaid debt.
Even in the next question of lawmakers whether these two institutions have offices (entity) in Kosovo, Mehmeti confirmed that no business, nor the Bank Kosova and ArtMotion, could operate in Kosovo without having a set/base of address in the Republic of Kosovo.
In addition to reporting, on the agenda was the review of the reports of permanent commissions regarding the Bill for Fulfilling and Changing Law No.06/L-048 for the Independent Council for Kosovo Civil Service, which was processed for the plenary session with the votes of majority members. / Clen Kosovo
