It aims to annul the June 22nd decision to suspend the country's biggest television business license.
This is because the decision, based on the wrong and incomplete proof of the actual situation, is an essential violation of the trade society law provisions, and of the one for the General Administrative Procedure.
Therefore, as testimony to the complaint, Klan Kosova has offered actual history as well as the legal business base.
In fact, this June 22nd ruling was only re-invigorating that of June 14th, as the same one had been cancelled by former head of the ARBK's duty, Spring Prestreshi.
The latter was dismissed, and in place of her came Lebibe Halti, who reinvigorated the decision.
Klan Kosova, who has already conducted all corrections in the business registration documentation, has submitted the complaint for the removal of the license suspension.
The deadline for the license review is 15 days.
Suspension of Klan Kosovo's license had prompted a major local and international response, while caution was required from institutions in handling the case.
