Initially, MINT is deliberately informing selectively information from the company's history before changes were made to documents, insisting that the address of Klan Kosovo's owner is Serbia.
The truth is that by June 2023, in every document of the company lies only Kosovo, and no MINT's move after this change is without legal grounds. Two, MINT is also making legal violations trying to interpret documents outside its scope, while business registration issues belong to the Kosovo Business Record Agency (ARBK).
Three, MINT is continuing to commit legal violations by attempting to interpret both the laws and the Constitution of the Republic of Kosovo, until the powers according to the same Constitution are divided until the respective courts do this job exist.
Four, MINT, even though it was last week's violation of Clan Kosova's rejection of the Anques, had instructed that for further steps competent bodies remain courts, it is continuing to issue communiques with manipulative arguments. Klan Kosovo will not stop at the spread of the truth, and all MINT violations will prove in court.
