Three Kosovo citizens fled, international arrest warrants issued

Kosovo police have announced that three Kosovo citizens wanted under international arrest have been extradited by other states. The report says the first exhibiter is L.C. The report says the first exhibiter is L.C. Wanted for criminal work “Deception”, which has been sought by the Ferizaj Foundation Court and Pristina. He has been arrested by German authorities, and on 30 June he has been extradited to Kosovo.
The second extradition is B.L., wanted by the Court in Pec for criminal activity “Fade” and “task”. He has been arrested by Hungarian authorities and on 12 July has been extradited to Kosovo.
D.F. is the third person extradited from Finland to Kosovo on 14 July. He has been wanted by the Constitutional Court in Mitrovica after being sentenced to three years in prison for the criminal act “Narcotic Trafficking”.

Three Kosovo citizens wanted under international arrest warrants on leave

Kosovo police, the Directorate for International Co-operation in the Law Implementation Field (ILECU), under the legal commitments and duties of international co-operation, have successfully realised three (3) extraditions over the past period.
At the request accepted by the Ministry of Justice, for issuing international arrest warrants, against the person with the initial (L.C.) male/Kosovar, wanted for criminal work “Deception”, requested by the Foundation Court of Ferizaj and Pristina. After exchanging information and mutual police co-operation, the person has been arrested by German authorities, and in contact with these authorities has been extradited from Germany to the Republic of Kosovo on the 30.06.203.
At the request received by the Ministry of Justice, for issuing international arrest warrant, against the person with the initial (B. L.) male/Kosovar, wanted for criminal work “Fajde”, “task“Wanted by the Foundation-Pece Court. After exchange of information and mutual police co-operation, the person has been arrested by Hungarian police authorities and the same has been extradited from Hungary to Kosovo by 12.07.23.
At the request accepted by the Ministry of Justice, for issuing international arrest warrants against the person with initials (D. F.) male/kosovar, for criminal work “Narcotic Trafficking requested by the Constitutional Court of Mitrovica, and sentenced to three years in prison. After sharing information and mutual police co-operation, the same has been arrested by Finnish police authorities. The person has been extradited from Finland to the Republic of Kosovo by 14.07.23.
Kosovo police under the Directorate for International Co-operation in the Law Implementation Field (ILECU) have advanced international co-operation with other state law enforcement institutions, and such commitments with bringing wanted persons to justice under international arrest will continue in the spirit of confidence and co-operation in the future.
