KMDLNJ: Court rules for Klan Kosovo, it continues work

They, through a issued communique, have suggested that the reactions of the journalistic community are entirely reasonable.

KMDLNj has said it opposes any situation when power shuts down the media except when the court makes a decision on form.

The recent “Cos around Kosovo has become a major pressure until the ARBKU has removed the labour license and that the last word will be stated by the competent” Court.

Opinion response has been split in half as never before; the community of journalists, opposition and civil society, as well as internationals, on behalf of freedom of expression and freedom of media, such as democratic and human rights values are in favour of Kosovo, and positions, in the name of law enforcement and irregularities during registration and activity, are 100 per cent on the side of MINT that has been initiated and finalising the removal of the labour license through the ARBK <50>, it says in response.

Kosovo's <x0.>Opinion and the one who has sufficient lack of information about this case has remained at a crossroads without having the situation clear. The reaction of the journalist community is completely reasonable; they did it to protect themselves and their work, while the opposition's response is also understandable to the fact that it presents a good case to fight the” position.

The response of internationals is a typical opportunistic and in line with their political interests. The position cannot react otherwise, on the contrary, to Minister Hajdari should send him home and all those who are in her favour. KMDLNY is against any situation when power shuts down the media except when the court makes a decision on form. And by oath of a certain event. KMDLNY estimates it had to be expected a court ruling before the policy sets out the Kosovo Clan driver today and tomorrow or later any other medium”.

The District of Kosovo's “Case should be investigated by police as soon as there has been haste and overcoming of procedures within MINT to make the outcome the way it is. In the case of Klan Kosovo, employees within MINT have also suffered, and the issue is more complicated as seen. There cannot be two truths here; if Klan Kosovo has acted contrary to the law then it must obey the law and, on the other hand, if MINT has violated the law in an attempt to discipline the media then the offenders must submit to legal responsibility. For KMDLNI, it's very disturbing to the public lynching that is done to some journalists and analysts by naming them as Serbian professionals, antinationals, sold or even basins, while Kosovo police, although these lynching accusations are public, did not take any action, even for prevention to deal with the consequences”.

“KMDLNI is sure that Klan Kosova will not close and that the issue is clear to all parties <x1-combating “, but they do all of this as a struggle to shift attention or reinforce positions they have”.

To accuse someone of being a spy of Serbia, a traitor, that he receives money from Serbia and Russia without offering any evidence is unacceptable and unforgivable, as in moral, professional and legal terms. Therefore, KMDLNj insists that investigations reach the end, after which concrete responsibility would be established, in line with evidence. Making public calls for closure of the media, without any judicial ruling, is opening the door leading to an autism and violation of freedom of speech. For KMDLN this is unacceptable and punishable!”
