Klan Kosova: MINT is not telling the truth, we immediately switched documents

Taking as a trigger the way the Commission's illegal decision to review the Ankes for the Register of Business, by MINT, which claims that Klan Kosovo has not made changes to relevant documents, Klan Kosova writes:

Once again we are forced to offer the opinion additional clarifications, since the same have not been taken into account by MINT during the review of the Clan Kosova Survey and, more so, made the wrong conclusion of the present situation.

Initially, we explain that Klan Kosova will exercise its legal right to demand the annulment of the illegal verdict and will, of course, present all successive evidence and violations of MINT and ARBK. Despite this fact, however, we consider that institutional fraud does not go through and that we should react to any distorting facts.

We confirm once again, as indicated in the attached document, that the modified documents date June 2023, and the same have surrendered to the ARBK on June 21st, 2023, when the decision was made to lift the suspension of Klan Kosova's certificate. Therefore, as it is already known that on the same day the director of the ARBK was dismissed, replaced with another and again was illegally suspended.
