About a week ago, EU Office for Kosovo chief Thomas Szunyog has asked Parliament Speaker Glauk Konjufca again to submit the new draft law to the Kosovo Prosecutorial Council (KPK) for consultation at the Venice Commission.
“Taking into account the importance of this initiative and the fact that the draft law includes new provisions that were not previously assessed by the Venice Commission, I strongly encouraged them to (re) consult the Venice Commission and make sure that its recommendations are properly endorsed in the finalised report”, writes in this letter Szunyog.
