Beden will be visiting Europe, for the NATO Summit to be held in Vilnius, Lithuania.

According to Joseph, at this summit the possibility of Biden pushing Ukraine to recognise Kosovo's independence should be exploited.

“Biden well knows the recent history of the Balkans. He and his team should hold a broad perspective while discussing Vilnius' final communiqué. Among other things, they should encourage Ukraine to recognise Kosovo”, Joseph wrote on the social Twitter network.

“NATO will meet in Ukraine and take a look at Ukraine in the troubled Balkans. The alliance must keep some points in perspective, above all, the inevitable responsibility of NATO”.

Otherwise, this summit will discuss the Russo-Ukrainian war and the path to Ukraine's NATO membership.

The next topic is expected to be Sweden's NATO accession, currently pending ratification by Hungary and Turkey.
