According to this embassy, co-ordination with international partners is more than necessary so that the situation does not escalate further.
“Reviewing the European Union's three-point plan for de escalation of the situation in Kosovo's northern municipalities, we recall the need for a close co-ordination with international partners and to refrain from any unilateral action that could further escalate the situation”, the embassy's response is said to be further.
