The investigation into Demach's grave, how did doubt of power turn out?

Great praise for the work of Adam Demac, but the current rulers a year earlier had sought investigations into his cemetery. Kanal 10 has secured several police investigation papers and responses to President Osmani's cabinet, suspected of a bill paid in 2018. Investigations seem to have [...]
With high honours, whenever 26 July arrives, it remembers the symbol of national resistance, Adem Demaci.
The same was said on Wednesday, on the 5th anniversary of his death.
But current authorities had raised doubts about payment for his burial arrangement in 2018.
A few months after being placed in the office in April 2022, the President's Office questioned a tender and payment of up to 16 thousand euros that no legal procedures had been introduced.
Prokuroia had immediately been notified, where at the request of the latter, the investigative police had launched a letter at the address of President Osmani's cabinet.
Kanal 10 has secured two official Kosovo Police corruption with the office of President Osmani over a payment made for Adem Demac's cemetery.
In the Kosovo Police Department to Osman's office on April 14th 2022, it is said that they are conducting investigations concerning allegations of carrying out criminal work “due to the use of official position or authority” regarding payment procedures for the Adem Demach cemetery, asking for clarifications of them if the procurement procedures were followed, according to the Public Procurement Law.
“If the payment of the bill has been carried out in question, then we ask that you provide to us fully the file on which this payment is being carried out (the contract, the petition, the petition, or the payment report, or the payment made, of the purchase request, the tender and other relevant documents”, says in the letter of the Kosovo Police Office to Osmani.
But, as if these institutions had been coordinated, just five days later, Osman's office, through the President's chief of staff, Artan Murati, had returned.
A bill made in 2018 has been found in the presidency archive, but the same does not figure in the payment register made by this institution.
“NPT “ART COM”, dt. 30.08.2018, but the same doesn't work out in the financial office register that it was paid by the President's office. Similarly, the Presidential Procuration Unit has not conducted any procedures related to the matter. ”
Further on the letter were written that they had addressed the State Treasury Department to understand about this payment, which in response, they said the company was paid by the prime minister's office.
Adem Demac's cemetery had cost a total of 16 thousand euros, and its expenses were covered by the Kosovo government.
Since it was understood that they could not link this to former Thaci President, as Kanal 10 has learned, the investigations were suspended.
Television has sent questions to the presidency, prosecutor and police, but during the day they have not returned. /Gazza10
