Civil society has called protest against government in “Square Skenderbeu” in Pristina, which will be held first by 1600. In the published announcement, the protest reportedly organised aimed at rejecting the government's “co-ordination with Milan Radojicic and “against KLA fighter rights violations”.
“Mimosa Kusari must hand over the mandate. A politician caught co-ordinating with Milan Radojicic against the KLA fighters should not be part of the Kosovo Assembly”.
According to protest organisers in question, the law barring veterans from the minimum wage was voted in shamefully by the parliamentary majority.
“So we ask the president to reverse this unfair and anti law - KLA”, said among other things in calling for protest.
While the Association of Veterans of the Kosovo Liberation Army has also indicated that it will support the Saturday protest organised by civil society against the Government of Kosovo.
After the OVL-KLA chairmanship meeting, Faton Klinkaku has indicated that in addition to the protest support decision in question, this organisation has agreed to prevent Kosovo's Parliamentary Assembly sessions, preventing MPs from entering the Kosovo Assembly when there are parliamentary sessions.
The mayor's decision was to prevent Kosovo's Assembly hearings, when they have hearings we'll go out there so we won't let them keep because our positions from last year have been that if they think they're going to step on us like this, of course we're going to be organised to prevent them from functioning”, he pointed out at a media conference after the completion of the OVL-KLA leadership meeting.
The decision has been made to try to prevent every session of the Parliament and in this case calls on all war veterans since we know that they have these hearings, we're not going to get there, and we're not letting them get inside”.
He warned that OVL- The KLA is also preparing protests, organised by this organisation to reject the government's recent decision by means of which KLA veterans remain out of the minimum wage that was voted second reading Thursday in the Kosovo Assembly.
