Former Foreign Minister Enver Hoxhaj has said it is unthinkable for Kosovo to appear in international conferences as an opponent of the West, replacing Serbia and Eastern European authorities.
Hoxhaj reacting to the Gervala speech in Dubrovnik, says Kosovo is already opposed and Serbia is seen as a partner.
