Hoxhaj for Bissim: Kurt's using it for compromises.

Hoxhaj has said how many times Bislimi appears at meetings, like Monday's with EU envoy for dialogue Miroslav Lajcak in Bratislava, bad news is expected as he makes compromises.

There may be a meeting in two weeks, but I don't expect Besnik Bislim and Petkoviqi have political capacity and political power to reach a accord. It'd be way more likely that Mr. Kurt, if he made this political turn tonight an hour ago, he'd be more interested in the country that Mr. Kurt took the burden. According to Hoxhaj, Kurti has removed bilateral recognition from the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue table.

“E has also overturned the dialog. You know where Mr. Kurti has taken over the Kosovo-Serbia dialogue, the main theme has been mutual recognition and we received a Franco-German plan without mutual recognition, without legal binding agreements. Mr. Kurti removed the mutual recognition from the table and you know what this communiqué does now, that Kosovo-Seri reports are no longer for normalisation, are for management of the crisis in the country's north”, he said, at KTV.
