“During 2022, one stem contract is signed worth 78.6m euros, an increase of 26.6m euros compared to the previous year, or 51% more. KEK is a leader in this direction: out of 44m euros worth of contracts signed by KEK during 2022, 38% or 16.8 miles has been awarded in one-millimeter contracts to Hoti.
He added that in 202, the mid-term “competed with 4.0 economic operators for each tender, while in 2022 it competed 4.08”.
