In the warrant issued by Serbia, Thaci is described as a “member of the terrorist gang of Albanian separatists”, as well as a man considered dangerous because “acts armed and is ready to use firearms.
So it says in Serbia's warrant for Thaci's translation of Periscopi:
Based on Article 551 and 554 of the Criminal Law and the decision of the District Court in Pristina by the number of K-37/97 the Republika Serbia Ministry of Internal Affairs, the Undersecretary of Internal Affairs in Pristina, to hold the ten-year prison sentence is looking for terrorist: Hashim Thaci named “Gjarpri”.
Hashim Thaci is a member of the terrorist gang of Albanian separatists and commander of the so-called “The KLA General Staff Political Directorate”. He is a participant of many terrorist attacks on members of police in Glogovac for the sake of the District Court in Pristina July 11th 1997 has been sentenced to 10 years in prison. The above-mentioned, long-term stays in Albania and Switzerland, while in Kosovo it comes through illegal crossings from Albania.
