How is it that after the visit of Ambassador Havenier to Devolli, the Commercial Court makes its decision in their behalf? Did the judge fall mad on this visit and get “zhbeh”painity?
Maybe it's best to know if the Ambassador was invited to the meeting by Devolli, or did he himself ask for the meeting?
