Government leaves Kosovo Judiciary Council without climateisation

They have said that in the Palace of Justice, they have problems with climateization and hygiene.
According to them, raising the temperatures has caused work within this institution to be impossible.
This letter says that because of the situation, the Judiciary Council has remained alone in trying to find solutions to the situation by asking the staff of the Court Palace to take care of hygiene.
However, Kosovo's Judiciary Council warns work cuts to improve the technical situation or drop temperatures.
“While, on July 19th 2023, the Judiciary Council has been informed that the MAPB's next contract for “technical maintenance <x1x2> has expired (including climateization) and that the next day, temperatures in the Palla spaces have reached 35 degrees Celsius, which is affordable and harmful to the health of employees and parties in the procedure. Found in this situation, the Judiciary Council in co-ordination with the Court Speakers working at the Palace of Justice is obliged to make the decision on July 25, 2023 to improve the technical situation or drop temperatures” at the summit.
