Ferizaj municipality contracts the company in which the director of agriculture worked, manager is appointed person under investigation

After about 10 months of effort, the procurement of the Ferizaj municipality has finally succeeded in finalising a contract that has to do with the most artificial end of cows and the vaccination of cattle and cattle. From last year this contract has been tried several times under suspicions that the company recommended for the contract has offered a forged document and that municipal procurement itself had established a criterion that had been adapted to a company. Nevertheless, Periscopi has found there is a link between people involved in the contract, both from the municipality and the contractor.

The cost of the contract is 187, 436.00 euros, with growth potential for 30 percent of the total contract. This public contract is 24 months long and effective from the date it enters into force.

The contract will be implemented by the Agriculture Directorate. Periscop has found that Ferizaj Community Agriculture Director Burim Bajrami has been working for several years at the winning company “Aukos Genetic” S. The P.K, which is for the owner of the Ferrem Zeqiri. Even Bajrami and Zeqiri have photos published together.

 

Based on the wealth declaration, but also on the CV published on the municipality's website, director Berisha, is currently more outstandingly committed to the veterinary company “Animals”. The owner of this company is Hesset Vranovci.

As Periscopi has learned, Vranovci engages as a doctor in the Aukos Genetic company that has won the tender.

 

Periscope has not received answers from Ferizaj's municipality about whether Vranovci (the agricultural director's employer) is committed as staff by the Aukos Genetic company for the contract. Also, the municipality has not answered a few more questions Periscop has raised to this text.

In the contract published by the Ferizaj Committee, it finds that the contract manager is assigned, the Union Mann.

The people in question are still under investigation as suspects.

The tender that concerns the artificial completion of cows and the vaccination of cattle and cattle has been tried several times in the Procuration Research Organization, which was eventually given the right to the Accounting Authority to proceed with procedures. Even there is a criterion that only the winning company has been able to implement in Kosovo.
