After extreme heat comes a warning for weather

Many parts of Slovenia, Croatia and parts of Bosnia and Herzegovina are included by the cold air front coming from the European Alps. The Front will condition the creation of powerful local rains and storms in many parts of Slovenia, Croatia, Bosnia and Serbia.

In our territories, the front arrives weakened in the late hours of the afternoon or evening, where developments of isolated downpours in the territory of Kosovo and the Presevo Valley are envisioned. Dishesives will be of a local character, so in some areas torrential torrential rains are expected, while in many other areas no rainfall is expected at all.

During the night and early morning of Monday, downpours of lightning in many parts of Kosovo, especially on the Kosovo Plains, but all will be local character.

During the morning and Monday, the fully weak front also catches parts of Albania and North Macedonia, conditioning any passing, short-term downpours in just any particular region.

Stronger storms from this front will experience Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia, where heavy hail storms are locally forecasted.
