He has said he believes that the best way out of the crisis is to accept the three-point plan presented by the European Union, reports Jutarnjilist, broadcasts Klan Kosovo.tv.
“We have positive indicators that President Vuciq is willing to accept, but that Prime Minister Kurti needs a little bit more to abide by”, Escobar has indicated.
He has further said that the two countries would lose opportunity if they did not accept international demands for the stress of the situation.
“The consequences are not punitive measures, but there are possible losses on both sides, if they reject proposals for the current crisis”.
