Otherwise, on the occasion of opening the tourist season in Ulcinj, the well-known Kosovo tenor concert will be held tonight.
Organisers of this important event are the Ulcinj Community, Tourist Organisation, the Centre for Culture and the Ministry of Economic Development and Tourism of Montenegro.
