Rutte said Kurti has been talking about the situation in the north and has expressed his concerns about the issue and recovered regional stability as very important.

Russia's “Aggression against Ukraine has made this more important than ever before. This is important not only for peace and stability in the region”, he said.

Our involvement in Kosovo and the Western Balkans in general is closer than I can ever say”, the Dutch prime minister said, among other things.

Rutte recalled that “Netherlands and Luxembourg were among the first countries to have recognised Kosovo independence”.
