Kosovo's top diplomat Donika Gervalla -Schharz in her address at the Dubrovnik Forum has made an assessment of the European Union, saying this union is a paper tiger and cannot provide security without US and NATO help.

Geralla has made this statement using a German journalist's sentence, not to mention his name.

To that end, EU emissary Miroslav Lajcak has reacted to Gervala.

The first thing I want to say is that the EU is far from perfect, but it's the best we have. It's the most successful union of countries.
