There's a disagreement going on in Kosovo that I'd like not to, is no longer my decision, but Kosovars created those four towns in the best of Serbs to give four more mayors... I think it's easy for Albanians in the majority to try to take advantage of the moment, to present the argument, but we have to stop this madness.
What a big political issue can be advanced by tension. There are people living there and citizens need to be told you need them.
