They are holding the meeting at the Albanian government villa. Clayton last night during his emotional talk, he told of a thank - you he received from Arben.

When I was in a restaurant in New York City, with 12 people in a private room where we were discussing basic important things, and a waiter came to take the order. He saw who was there, he lowered the tray that had the water, and he fell down on his knees and he saw me and said: “Thank you, my family is alive” And other people I was with had no idea what was going on. I explained that he was Albanian from Kosovo”, Clinton said.

He got up and talked to people there about his family life, about what he had been through”, he added.

Yesterday, Bill Clinton at a state ceremony was honoured by Albanian Prime Minister Edi Rama, with a “Disclosure of Public Accession”.
