At 7:05 a.m. Prime Minister Edi Rama will take the case and then invite Bill Clinton to receive the award accorded.
At 7:25 a.m., US President Bill Clinton's honour ceremony will be held with “Yllen of Public Apology”.
To ensure his security on the 2-day visit to Tirana, about 700 effective police officers have been engaged on the ground.
Also under the measure plan, from 2:30 p.m. to 15:30 blue uniforms diverted the flow of vehicles with a sense of movement from Rinas towards the former Eagles, as well as access to the national witness boulevard.
The same restrictive measures will apply during Tuesday, days when the former president leaves our country.
