Bill Clinton thanked the Albanian prime minister and citizens. Clinton said it has been an honour to work alongside Albanians over the years.
“Thank you from the heart of Prime Minister Edi Rama and the people of Albania for an evening I will never forget. It has been my honour to work with you for so many years to strengthen the bonds of friendship between our countries and build a better world for all”, he wrote.
