The special units camp today will reveal Enver Zymber's plaque at the 12th anniversary of his murder.
The deceased had been killed by Serbian illegal structures until it was part of the action Kosovo Special Police Unit (ROSU) to bring the border points under control in northern Kosovo, Jarinje and Brnjak.
Prime Minister Albin Kurti will also participate in the inauguration of the plaque, starting at five o'clock.
