Albania's Prime Minister, Edi Rama, has refused to comment during the absence of Kosovo Prime Minister Albin Kurti at today's informal meeting of Western Balkan leaders, called by him.

Asked at a media conference if he regrets that “little brother” (Albin Kurti) did not attend this meeting, Rama said they were all invited.
