Zvezda fans showed a banner written “when the military will return to Kosovo”. Bislimi says this was done in the presence of Serbian President Aleksandar Vuciq, who, says Bislimi, fans known as “Delije” often convey messages Serbian head of state “can or do not want to say publicly”.

“Delierje often sends messages Vuciq cannot or does not want to say publicly. He needs such acts to fuel ethnic hatred and nationalism in public opinion”, Kosovo's chief negotiator in dialogue with Serbia added.
