Bislimi indicated that four topics have been discussed with Lajcak.
“We discussed four subjects today. The first theme is the sequence plan. We are concerned with the drafts so far that the European Union's High Representative for Dialogue, Miroslav Lajcak, has sent our sides, because we think that plan is originally selective, sidelines some important revisions of the Basque Agreement, unilaterally places more emphasis on the demands of Serbia's preferences and preferences, and also does not guarantee full implementation of the” stated Bislim.
He further said the need is seen to work further on concreteising some documents that are important to ensure a full implementation of the basic agreement.
The first “Theme is the sequence plan. We worry about the drafts Lajcak has sent to our parties. We think that plan is selective and gives more attention to Serbia's demands and does not guarantee full implementation of the agreement. We have tried at a trilateral meeting with the Serbian side to establish all obligations that the parties take from the basic agreement to a detailed sequence plan, we have failed to complete this mission, but we have an upgrade of”, he added.
Bislimin has suggested that the European Union has listed all obligations that fall on the Serbian side.
According to him, the second topic has been about the commission's reference themes for the unemployed.
Bilim said Kosovo has had some comments which are generally supported by Lajcak.
We also discussed reference themes for the joint committee for implementation of the basic agreement. The committee should not have executive competencies and the fourth topic is the energy theme”, he said.
