The United States and Italy reaffirm their common commitment to the security, stability and prosperity of the Western Balkans and their long-term support for the region's Euro-Atlantic integration. They are determined to reinforce the co-ordination to favour de-exception and reconciliation, taking on Quinn's crucial role as a basis.
